Designing maps and guides is also our task. As part of the collection of heritage guides promoted by Ministerio de Bienes Nacionales de Chile, we designed the topography, and route map for “Oasis de niebla Alto Patache” located in Tarapacá Region. We created a color palette according to the landscape and a system of icons to identify the different route landmarks. These elements structure the design of a 100-page bilingual guide containing graphics, photos, maps and texts, also the map illustrating the relief, dimensions, route and iconography.
